Gauss Technology Xiamen Co., Ltd. ("GaussIntelli," "we," or "us") is committed to protecting users' personal information and privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information ("Information") when you use the GaussIntelli App ("App"). If you disagree with any part of this Privacy Policy, please immediately stop using the App. By continuing to use the App, you agree to our lawful collection, use, and protection of your personal information as described herein.
1. Collection of Your Personal Information
We collect the following types of information:
1.1 Information You Provide
When you register a GaussIntelli account, you may submit or provide information through forms or other means, including:
Name, gender, date of birth, ID/passport number, passport surname, passport given name, phone number, email, delivery address, online banking account, bank card details, and additional information (e.g., province, city, postal code). You may choose not to provide certain information, but this may limit your access to specific features of the App. We use your information to fulfill your requests, facilitate services (e.g., shopping), improve the App, and communicate with you. We may link this information to your account to verify your identity.
1.2 Information Collected During Service Use
To enhance service quality and user experience, we collect data related to your usage, including:
Browser/Device Information: IP address, browser type, language, access date/time, hardware/software characteristics, and browsing history. Location Information: Collected when you download or use the App (you may disable location services via device settings). Device Information: Device model, identifier (e.g., IMEI, Android ID, DEVICE_ID, OAID), operating system, resolution, and telecom carrier. Behavior/Transaction Data: Records of your actions on the App, including transactions. We may also collect other information to improve services, such as details from customer service interactions, survey responses, or engagements with our affiliates/partners. To enhance security, we analyze usage patterns (e.g., network habits, software data) to assess account risks and identify suspicious URLs.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
During registration or service use, we may obtain information from our affiliates or partners with your authorization, including identity, behavior, transaction, and device data.
Exclusions:
Search keywords entered on the App. Credit ratings, violations of laws/platform rules, or actions taken by GaussIntelli. Business registration information required by law to be publicly disclosed. Information governed by other agreements (e.g., the GaussIntelli User Registration Agreement) or platform rules explicitly excluded from this Policy.
# 1.4 Technical Data Collection
Our App is developed using Flutter. During operation, we collect ANDROID ID (including IMEI, Android ID, DEVICE_ID, OAID) for statistical analysis, performance improvement, and user experience optimization.
2. Use of Your Personal Information
We use your Information for lawful purposes, including:
Providing and improving services. Verifying identity, preventing fraud, investigating security risks, or violations of agreements/policies. Generating aggregated, non-identifiable statistical data for sharing with the public or third parties. Inviting you to participate in product/service surveys. Other purposes with your consent or authorization.
3. Sharing of Your Personal Information
We keep your Information confidential except in the following cases:
With your consent or authorization. To comply with legal, administrative, or judicial requirements. To fulfill obligations under the GaussIntelli User Registration Agreement or this Policy, we may share Information with: Affiliates, partners, or third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, communication vendors). To resolve disputes (e.g., intellectual property complaints). When necessary to provide services or handle disputes. To address violations of laws, agreements, or platform rules. To protect the rights of GaussIntelli, its affiliates, or users. In mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers, your Information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you beforehand.
4. Security of Your Personal Information

5. Accessing and Updating Your Information
You may view or update your Information via the "Settings" menu under "Personal Center."

The App may use electronic images ("web beacons" or "single-pixel GIFs") to:

The App is not intended for users under 18. If you are a minor, obtain parental/guardian consent before using our services. We comply with laws to protect minors' Information.
8. Updates to This Policy
